Lionel Martın of Hartney, MB, passed on January 27, 2026 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 70 years. Lionel will be lovingly remembered by his wife Bernadette, son Shea, step-children, Josie, Zane, Tyson, Greg, and families, as well as numerous other family and friends.
Lionel was a passionate farmer for many years and loved baseball, curling, camping, going to concerts and watching hockey. He will always be remembered as a people person, stopping to say hello to anyone he knew (or didn’t know!)
The family wishes to thank the Brandon Regional Health Centre, as well as the Western Manitoba Cancer Centre.
A celebration of Lionel’s Life will be held at the Victoria Inn – Grand Salon, 3550 Victoria Avenue, Brandon, on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
